AI Adoption · Nottingham · UK-wide

You bought the AI. Your team still isn't using it.

Most AI tools end up as expensive shelfware — licences paid for, nobody using them. Twisthand fixes that.

I embed with your team, redesign the workflows that waste their time, and build AI into the work they already do — so it sticks after I leave.

Common Questions

Quick answers to what people usually ask before getting in touch.

How is this different from just hiring a training company?

Training companies teach tool features. I start with your actual workflows and build AI into the work your team already does. The difference is that training gives people knowledge — I give them working solutions they use the next day. If your team went through an AI training programme and nothing changed, that's the gap I close.

We've already got AI tools — why aren't people using them?

Because nobody showed them why the tools matter to their specific job. Your team tried Gemini or Copilot, got a generic result, and went back to doing things manually. That's not a training problem — it's a relevance problem. I identify the 3-4 workflows per team where AI saves real time, build those use cases with the team, and let success spread.

What if our team pushes back or doesn't trust AI?

They almost always do, and it's rational — they've seen hype that didn't deliver. I don't start with AI evangelism. I start with the task they hate most, show them it getting solved, and let them feel the difference. Trust builds from experience, not slides. By the time we're talking about "AI adoption" they're already using it.

Do you work with our specific tools?

I work across the major platforms — Google Workspace and Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and automation tools like n8n and Make. But I'm not tied to any vendor. My job is making whichever tools you've already invested in actually deliver value, not selling you new ones.

What does an engagement actually cost?

Every engagement is scoped around your specific challenge, so there's no fixed price list. The discovery call is where we work out what you actually need — it might be a focused workshop series, a phased implementation programme, or ongoing retained support. No commitment until we've both agreed the scope makes sense. Most engagements start with a fixed-scope AI Adoption Audit, so you see value before committing to anything larger.
