How the five days work

  1. Day 1: Context

    A short session with the sponsor to agree which teams and workflows are in scope, and what success would look like.

  2. Days 2–3: The work as it really happens

    Conversations and sit-alongs with the people who do the work. We look for the tasks that cost time every week, where AI would genuinely help, and where it wouldn't.

  3. Day 4: Scoring

    Every opportunity is scored on impact, effort and risk, and checked for technical feasibility inside the tools and data governance you already have.

  4. Day 5: Readout

    You get the ranked opportunity map and the 90-day plan, walked through with your sponsor.

What you receive

  • A ranked opportunity map: every workflow we looked at, scored and ordered, with the reasoning shown
  • A route to permission for every opportunity: the data and access it needs, who can approve it, the evidence they'll need, and the next decision and its owner. An opportunity without a route to permission is an incomplete recommendation.
  • A check on your adoption numbers: what your current figures actually measure (licences, logins, mentions or real use in the work), and a better measure going forward
  • A 90-day plan: the first three to five moves, who owns them, and how you'll measure them
  • Honest no-gos: the places AI isn't the answer, so you don't spend money finding out
  • A readout session with your sponsor or leadership team
